Apart from this, cooking oil and spices spills on it frequently while cooking. If we do not clean the grates correctly, it becomes even more dirty or black, their holes might get clogged, and they will not give proper flame. Also, sometimes slowing down the gas will turn off the flame.

Here we will try some methods to unclog and clean burners, which are very practical and easy to follow.

Today we will clean the burner with these three methods.

  1. First, we will clean with Eno
  2. Second, we will use white Vinegar
  3. lastly, we will use regular Washing Powder

We can All easily find all these three things in our home. We will put all three burners in separate bowls—washing powder on the first burner, Eno on the second burner, and White vinegar in the last bowl.

Now boil some water and pour this hot water into all the 3 bowls. Leave them like this for about 30 minutes, which will allow some of its grease and carbon to come out. Take one lemon and mix it with half a bowl of washing powder.

Now we need to apply this mixture of lemon and washing powder on the burners, and with the old toothbrush, we have to clean these burners for 5 to 10 minutes. If there is any blockage in the burner holes, it should also be cleaned with a pointed needle. Now after cleaning the burner thoroughly, wash it with water. This way, we can easily clean burners at homes.

Gas Stove grates are the most crucial part of our stove-like burners. Once this pan support goes through all the cooking Residue, and spillage of oil, it becomes filthy and sticky. These pan supports are made up of cast iron, due to which quickly catches rust. So here we will see how can we take care of this pan support with some easy solutions.

To clean this, you can take any particular utensil and add 1 tablespoon of baking soda. If you think that your pan support is dirtier, you can double this specific mixture, you can use it accordingly, and then add one cup of white vinegar.

Try to make a thick mixture out of it if required; you can add a little more vinegar to make a good liquid mixture to spread it properly. Once this mixture is ready, you can apply it across your Cast Iron Pan Support and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes. Now that we have an acceptable solution, we will start applying it to the iron grates.

You can take the help of any brush to spread out the mixture, and have to apply it in every section of these grates, and you have to leave it for 10 to 15 minutes. Once you see that it is perfectly applied, you can keep it in the sink rea because there would be an addition which will be done once you have completed this process.

So once you have completed the process for all the pan support, after 15 minutes, we will be adding hot water to this. We have to leave it for 10-15 minutes again. This particular solution will do the same work, but if there is any oil residue left out, the hot water and the dishwashing soap will help remove those.

So let it be there, and then you can clean it with fresh water. If required, you can use a sponge to clean your utensil to scrub it gently and then wash it with normal water; once you have entirely washed it with normal water, let it dry completely.
